Where do the doves go after they are released?

Doves, as we do, have homes.  We have prepared a divine home for our white doves at SugarLand Farm where they are treated like royalty. They anxiously wait to spread their wings and soar through the heavens above to return home where they are happy and loved.

Are the doves safe and well-treated?

Absolutely. Our doves are part of our family at SugarLand Farm. They are raised and trained with care, ensuring they are healthy, safe, and well-loved. We never overwork our birds, and follow strict guidelines to ensure their well-being at all times.

How many doves can be released at one time?

We offer packages that include anywhere from a single dove to a flock of 100 doves*, depending on the occasion and your preference. Click here to see our Special Event packages.

*Additional doves available upon request.

What is the symbolism behind releasing doves?

Doves are a universal symbol of peace, love, and hope. Releasing them can represent the release of the spirit, the beginning of a new journey, or the unity of a couple starting a life together.

What occasions are appropriate for a dove release?

We offer dove release services for a wide range of occasions including weddings, funerals, memorials, anniversaries, and many other special events. The beauty and symbolism of doves can add a memorable touch to any significant moment. Click here to learn more.

How far in advance should I book a dove release?

We recommend booking your dove release at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding and event seasons.

Wedding Dove Releases must be booked at least 7 days before your event.

We understand Funeral Dove Releases are often last-minute arrangements and can be booked with as little as three days’ notice for no additional charge.*

*For funeral services occurring within 24 hours of booking, a $100 rush fee will apply.
